All rights reserved. - You are granted a limited, revocable right to access and use the site for your troop’s internal purposes. 2) Scoutbook Dependency - Advancement Trail relies on data you export from Scoutbook™. - If Scoutbook changes export formats or policies, some features may stop working until updates are possible. - No Culture, LLC is not responsible for changes made by third parties. 3) Your Responsibilities - You will only upload data you have the right to use and share with your troop leadership. - You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and up to date. 4) Data & Privacy - See the Privacy Policy for details about what we store and why. - You agree not to upload sensitive personal health information or other special categories of data. - By creating an account, you agree that we may email you troop-related updates, product news, and service announcements as part of our mailing list. You can unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time using the link in those messages or by contacting us. 5) Warranty & Liability - The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. - To the maximum extent permitted by law, No Culture, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. 6) Changes - We may update these terms.
